White Button
White button mushrooms are small to medium in size with caps averaging 2-7 centimeters in diameter. The smooth white caps are rounded, firm, and spongy.
Portobello
They are large mushrooms with a firm, meaty texture and delicate flavor.
Oyster
Oyster mushroom is a general descriptor used to refer to three different species of fungi including Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus pulmonarius, and Pleurotus populinus, which all belong to the Pleurotaceae family.
Brown Mushroom
They are also known as: Gourmet or Crimini with naturally darker cap that ranges from light tan to rich brown. They are slightly “nutty” flavor which is more intense than the white button.
